Our Story

Wellbeing is the fortune you carry.

Jojo Wellness began at a kitchen table in Queens with two things our founder never travelled without: a strand of malachite from her grandmother and a tin of black ginseng from a Seoul apothecary. One steadied her hands; the other steadied her mornings. The Maison grew from that pairing — a Crystal Collection curated around what you are calling in, and a Herbal Line of a few things we take ourselves.

What we believe

• Origin first. Every stone is traced to its source and named on the card in the box.
• Few, not many. We would rather carry ten pieces we know than a hundred we don't.
• A person answers. Questions are handled within the day, by someone who has held the stone.

The name

“Jojo” is what our founder's grandmother called every small treasure worth keeping — a stone, a seed, a good story. It seemed the right word for a shop of them.
